About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring qualified Prep Cooks. The role prepares food and supports Line Cooks and Pantry as needed. It also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area, walk-in cooler, and freezer.
Requirements
- Have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation when necessary.
- Continually maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler, and Freezer.
- Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
