About The Position
Eddie Merlot's is hiring Prep Chefs. The role prepares food, assists Line Cooks and Pantry as needed, and maintains clean, safe, and sanitary preparation and storage areas.
Requirements
- Ability to handle knives.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation when necessary.
- Continually maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler, and Freezer.
