About The Position
Eddie Merlot's is hiring qualified applicants for Prep Chef positions. The Prep Chef prepares food, supports Line Cooks and Pantry as needed, and maintains clean, safe, and sanitary prep and storage areas.
Requirements
- Ability to handle knives.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation when necessary.
- Continually maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler, and Freezer.
- Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
