About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring Broiler Chefs. The role prepares proteins to the desired doneness using broiling, grilling, sautéing, and a top broiler; coordinates food orders for timely and efficient delivery to tables; and follows recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- At least six months of related experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Broil, grill, and/or sauté proteins and use a top broiler to prepare them to the desired doneness.
- Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
