About The Position

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Premium Event Security for the Nu Soccer Stadium in Miami, Florida. The position supports event preparation and execution, venue access control, guest screening, crowd safety, and customer service. Security staff help ensure a safe and positive experience for guests, staff, and venue ownership during events. The position pays $20 per hour and offers flexible part-time scheduling under 30 hours per week. No prior experience is required, but a current Florida State Security D License is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a current Florida State Security D License.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; additional screening may be required when driving a customer- or company-owned vehicle.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
• Manage appropriate venue entry, including collecting or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic entering and leaving the venue.
• Screen guests at entry through bag searches, hand-wand or metal-detector screening, and ID verification.
• Watch vital checkpoints for security breaches and protect guests, staff, and venue ownership group assets.
• Respond quickly to potential crowd-control issues and escort unruly guests when ejections are warranted.
• Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
• Provide a positive experience for guests at facility entrances, aisles, concourses, and other assigned locations.
• Offer guests helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
