About The Position

The Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The position provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The role is seasonal.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
