About The Position

The Part Time Preload Supervisor trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. The role holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. It also oversees daily warehouse activities and ensures assigned duties are completed safely and on time.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Conduct and participate in group meetings.
• Coordinate evaluations with management.
• Determine solutions for package concerns.
• Supervise daily activities of Package Handlers and Clerks to ensure assigned duties are completed safely and on time.
