Part Time Preload Supervisor
About The Position
The Part Time Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and fosters effective working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented environment with employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement. It also supports employees’ ongoing development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
