Part Time Preload supervisor
About The Position
The Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and fosters effective working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. The position also manages department resources to promote output, accuracy, and efficiency and helps maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Provide employees with orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
- Hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance, while maintaining standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
