About The Position

The Precision Medicine Liaison (PML) works with laboratory stakeholders across the DXRX network, bringing scientific expertise into laboratory environments and raising awareness of evolving testing practices and capabilities. The role uses knowledge of laboratory methodologies and workflows to identify operational issues affecting test adoption, turnaround, and workflow confidence, and to provide practical support to laboratories addressing testing and workflow needs. The PML combines field intelligence with Diaceutics data and expert interpretation to recommend actions that address testing pathways and barriers, strengthen awareness of companion diagnostics, and increase test availability. The role engages clinical chemistry laboratories and reference centers across the United States on behalf of a pharmaceutical partner launching a therapy. It delivers pre-approved scientific awareness materials, supports the infrastructure needed for patient testing, and builds ongoing relationships with laboratory stakeholders, including pathologists and laboratory managers, to improve patient and HCP access to testing. The role is primarily virtual, with occasional face-to-face laboratory visits, conference attendance, and infrequent visits to Diaceutics’ New Jersey office. Some assigned time may require US travel. This is a fixed-term position supporting a therapy launch.
