About The Position

Diaceutics PLC is hiring a permanent Precision Medicine Liaison to support pharmaceutical partners in improving access to diagnostic testing in the United States. The role primarily engages laboratory stakeholders—including pathologists, laboratory managers, department leads, and other decision-makers—to deliver pre-approved scientific awareness materials, support the availability of patient-testing capabilities, and build ongoing relationships. Program objectives may include disease-state awareness, companion diagnostics, or laboratory tests that establish therapeutic eligibility. The successful candidate will work across multiple client programs, quickly learn program-specific objectives and methodologies, and meet aligned KPIs and reporting requirements. They will develop laboratory stakeholder relationships, conduct outreach and interview-style discussions, capture insights about testing capabilities and operational barriers, and communicate progress to internal and client teams. The role may involve infrequent travel to US laboratory sites and regional or national meetings or conferences. Diaceutics employees work remotely or in a hybrid model, depending on location. The company describes its culture through behaviors focused on caring deeply, being bold, making an impact, succeeding together, and embracing progress.
