About The Position
Installation at Eagle Builders is about setting panels safely, accurately, and as a team – every time. We’re looking for someone who can handle physical work, follow direction, and stay focused in a fast-paced construction environment.
Requirements
- Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
- Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
- Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice To Haves
- Experience installing precast structures
- Experience with equipment (skid steer, zoom boom, lifts)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- CSTS certification
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing precast wall panels and structural components
- Complete site prep and support overall progress of the build
- Assist with rigging and signaling for crane operations
- Work closely with a 3-5 person crew on-site
- Take direction from your foreman and contribute to team success
- Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and around active equipment
