About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring Crew Members to prepare high-quality sub sandwiches and provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. The role emphasizes creating food that meets Jersey Mike’s quality standards, maintaining a notably clean restaurant, working with urgency, multitasking, and interacting positively with customers. Crew Members are expected to support company goals, participate in training programs, and contribute to a community-minded culture focused on personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Food Handler certification through ServSafe.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.

Nice To Haves

• One year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Desire to improve oneself and develop skills.
• An outgoing, personable attitude.
