About The Position

Sky Zone is hiring Crew Members across all departments for part-time positions, including Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sale. Crew Members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation and specific duties will be discussed during the interview process based on the applicant’s interests and park needs. Applicants may apply even if they do not currently have work experience.

The role requires comfort engaging with large groups and the ability to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, which may include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Employees must be able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds. Compensation is $15.16 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comfort engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role in entertainment, retail, service, fitness, or a similar industry is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
