About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring Crew Members to prepare authentic sub sandwiches to the company’s quality standards and help provide customers with a thankful, caring, and exceptional experience. Crew Members work in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant, maintain a notably clean restaurant, and learn the business through company training programs. The role emphasizes community, personal and professional growth, accountability, effective communication, and a positive, spirited work environment. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which sets its own wage and benefit programs and makes hiring decisions.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Food Handler certification (Serve Safe).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
• Commitment to company goals, including accountability and information.

Nice To Haves

• One year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Positive personality.
• Desire to improve oneself and develop skills.
