About The Position

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain work experience across multiple departments while developing workforce skills in customer service, safety management, and communication. Opportunities may include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. An application is required, but prior work experience is not required. Crew Members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation is $15 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role in entertainment, retail, service, fitness, or a similar industry is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
