About The Position

kdc/one is hiring a Pre-Weigh Technician to prepare ingredients, or “batches,” for production of beauty and personal care products. The role involves following pick lists and recipes to weigh raw materials accurately, organize and track materials, maintain clean and sanitized work areas, and support production operations. The position is full-time at the kdc/one Columbus location and pays $20.00 per hour. The posting identifies second shift and 12-hour PM shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using a computer for simple tasks and recordkeeping.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in a clean, active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Comfort working around powered equipment and sanitation chemicals.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food service, or similar hands-on work is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials using pick lists.
• Pull, return, and track materials in their proper locations.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, compliant space.
• Perform visual checks and report issues promptly.
• Support compounders and help keep production running smoothly.
• Complete basic records and keep them organized and up to date.
