The Pre-Sell Salesman achieves sales goals and distribution targets by servicing and developing assigned accounts. This role involves selling all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC, supervising a team of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale of product. The salesman is responsible for scheduling routes, identifying customer needs, implementing solutions to help customers sell more product, and developing strong customer relationships. Continuous product knowledge enhancement, effective merchandising, maintaining adequate inventory, accurate order entry, monitoring product freshness, auditing POS conditions, completing assigned training, and submitting required reports are also key aspects of this position.
