This role involves selling products in accordance with company guidelines, supervising a team, scheduling routes, and ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions. The salesman is expected to build strong customer relationships, continuously increase product knowledge, and effectively merchandise products using displays and POS items. Maintaining adequate inventory, accurate order entry, monitoring product freshness, and auditing POS conditions are also key responsibilities. The role also includes completing assigned training and submitting required reports.
