The Pre-Sell Salesman achieves sales goals and distribution targets by servicing and developing assigned accounts. This role involves selling all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC, supervising and managing a team composed of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers to ensure customer satisfaction after sale of product. The salesman schedules routes to ensure all customers are visited regularly, ensures customer satisfaction by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions, develops and maintains effective rapport with customers, and continuously increases product knowledge. The position also requires effectively merchandising in all accounts, maintaining adequate inventory, accurately entering order information into handheld sales enablement software, monitoring product freshness, auditing POS condition, and completing assigned training and reports.
