About The Position

Pre-Sales Solution Architects are technical experts in the technology sales process, combining strong technical knowledge with interpersonal and presentation skills. The role suits someone passionate about technology who wants to develop business-level competencies. Work may range from presenting OutSystems technology to CIOs to hands-on development of a small proof of concept. The Senior Solution Architect supports customers through technical evaluations and works with sales, delivery teams, and partners to develop and present technical solutions aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

At least 8 years of related experience with a software company.
BS/BA in computer science or a similar field.
Knowledge of web or mobile app development, business modelling, database concepts, and project management.
Good oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to organize and present technical material clearly.
Deep insight into technical architectures, IT products, and product positioning.
Availability to travel.

Experience using Agile Development Methodologies.
Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Support customers' technical evaluation processes as an IT expert and evangelist by delivering high-quality presentations and workshops.
Analyze customers' functional and technical requirements to design technical solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to create proposals presenting compelling technical solutions that meet customers' needs and requirements.
Understand customers' IT architectures and clarify the strategic fit of OutSystems technology within their IT ecosystems.
Work with the OutSystems Solution Delivery team to deliver successful proofs of concept (PoCs).
Work with OutSystems partners to develop the technical capabilities and competencies needed to sell and deliver OutSystems solutions and technology.
