Requirements

• A systems-driven professional who attacks the daily unit production calendar with urgency.
• A salesperson who doesn't get rattled by objections or challenges, utilizing neutral thinking to find solutions and close deals.
• Someone who maintains accurate CRM records and adheres strictly to dealership processes.
• Proven success in automotive sales (used car experience highly preferred) with a track record of high volume and gross.

Responsibilities

• Stay constantly updated on a fast-moving, diverse inventory of pre-owned makes and models to perfectly match customers with the right vehicle.
• Drive daily volume by leveraging our inbound phone up log and maximizing every walk-in opportunity.
• Utilize our mandatory deal review process and showroom penciling protocols to build value and hold gross profit on pre-owned units.
• Execute daily follow-up habits, focusing on the specific lead measures that generate consistent appointments.
• Work closely with the sales desk and F&I to ensure swift, accurate deal processing.
