About The Position

Jack Demmer Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as a Full-Time Pre-Owned Sales Professional at Jack Demmer Lincoln. Whether you're an experienced salesperson or looking for an opportunity to start a new career, we'd like to hear from you. Automotive sales experience is NOT required. If you're comfortable talking with people, willing to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to control your income, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Nice To Haves

• Automotive sales experience is NOT required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, inside sales, or outside sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers to understand their needs and identify the right vehicle
• Demonstrating vehicle features and technology
• Conducting professional test drives
• Presenting pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options
• Responding to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Setting and confirming customer appointments
• Following up with prospective customers
• Maintaining relationships with previous customers and generating repeat and referral business
• Developing strong product knowledge of Lincoln and our pre-owned inventory
