About The Position

The Pre-licensed Therapist supports youth and families experiencing cognitive and behavioral health challenges by providing intensive individual and family therapy. The role focuses on strengthening family relationships and helping clients access tools, education, and resources to heal and thrive. The therapist works collaboratively with a supportive team and receives regular supervision to support professional development and quality care.

The position is full-time in Denver, Colorado, and pays $24.50 per hour. The therapist uses evidence-based approaches, maintains clinical documentation, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and works toward client service goals. Ability to work evenings and weekends is required, and participation in an on-call rotation may be assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Working toward registration with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual and family therapy to youth and families.
• Support clients in developing coping skills, behavioral strategies, and emotional regulation.
• Strengthen and preserve family relationships through therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based approaches including TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for services rendered.
• Meet and exceed client service goals and productivity expectations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and treatment planning.
• Engage clients and families with education, guidance, and resource connections.
• Attend supervision sessions and apply feedback for professional development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulatory requirements.
