About The Position

Allina Health is hiring a pre-independently licensed Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) pursuing LICSW licensure to provide outpatient mental health therapy in a primary care clinic. The role provides individual therapy to patients through age 64 and includes diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, crisis interventions, safety assessments, and care coordination. The therapist sees approximately 28 patients per week and receives weekly group and individual supervision, with support and preparation for independent licensure and practice.

The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with an optional hybrid schedule. The position is an eight-hour-shift role for 40 hours per week. The listed location is 17489 Dodd Blvd, Lakeville, MN 55044.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work.
• Licensed Graduate Social Worker credential from the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
• Successful progress toward independent licensure.
• Meet at least one BLS requirement: current certification from the American Heart Association, current certification from the American Red Cross, or completion of Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
