About The Position

Allina Health is hiring a pre-independently licensed Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) pursuing LICSW licensure to provide outpatient mental health therapy in a primary care clinic in Lakeville, Minnesota. The therapist provides individual therapy to patients through age 64, seeing approximately 28 patients per week. The position offers support and preparation for independent licensure and practice, including weekly group and individual supervision and supervision hours. A hybrid schedule is optional.

The role is scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. There is no weekend rotation. The listed base hiring pay range is $32.92 to $45.12 per hour; starting pay depends on factors including experience, education, and applicable union agreement. Shift, weekend, or other differentials may be available for certain shifts or work.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work.
• Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) credential from the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
• Successful progress toward independent licensure.
• Meet at least one of the following BLS requirements: current American Heart Association certification, current American Red Cross certification, or Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual therapy for patients through age 64.

• Complete crisis interventions and safety assessments.
• Coordinate care for new and established patients.
• Participate in weekly group and individual supervision.
