Pre Licensed Therapist Crisis
About The Position
Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for its Ridgecrest/Tehachapi location. The therapist helps ensure mental health treatment services are delivered in ways that maximize client independence and family empowerment. The role provides crisis response across clinic locations to help individuals achieve more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. The home location for MET Crisis Response is Ridgecrest, with travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, and Lake Isabella as client needs arise. A company vehicle will be used for travel. The role is described as hybrid, with a shift schedule to be determined; the posting also lists the work location as on-site in Ridgecrest/Tehachapi, California. The stated pay is $40–$42.55 per hour.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited school.
- Valid registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
- At least two years of experience working with mental health patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance.
