About The Position

As a Pre-Analytic Technician, you will conduct vital tests and analyses that help diagnose and treat medical conditions, contributing to accurate and timely patient test results. The role requires knowledge of combinations of tests and acceptable minimum volumes, familiarity with test synonyms and abbreviations, and the ability to cross-reference tests to specimen types. You will also complete and log routine maintenance on laboratory equipment and workstations and ensure work areas are clean and stocked. These accountabilities describe the general nature and level of work and are not exhaustive.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
