About The Position
The Practice Manager provides leadership and administrative management for practice operations. The role leads office-level planning, workflow development and organization, and directs and evaluates the practice’s activities and staff. The Practice Manager manages the practice’s financial performance and promotes the practice within Suburban Community Medical Group and the broader medical community. The role requires a working knowledge of clinical operations and the ability to provide coverage when staffing needs require, subject to applicable licensing requirements. The position is with Primary Care of Roxborough at Suburban Community Medical Group, which is affiliated with Suburban Community Hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or at least five years of healthcare leadership or management experience.

- Medical Group experience preferred.
