About The Position

The Temporary PR Sample Coordinator supports the PR team with sample trafficking and showroom operations. The role coordinates sample pull requests, shipments, and returns with the warehouse team; maintains accurate inventory and tracking records; and ensures samples are organized, labeled, and stored appropriately. The coordinator also monitors outstanding loans, follows up on overdue samples, assists with seasonal sample transitions, and provides general administrative and logistical support to the PR team as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fashion media, stylists, and the editorial landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sample tracking platforms such as Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and day-to-day coordination.

• Experience in fashion PR, showroom management, sample coordination, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sample trafficking, including pull requests, shipments, and returns with the warehouse team.
• Maintain sample inventory and tracking systems, including check-ins, check-outs, and sample condition.
• Keep the showroom organized and ensure samples are properly labeled and stored.
• Monitor outstanding sample loans and proactively follow up on overdue samples.
• Support seasonal sample transitions, including new collection intake, inventory audits, and sample returns.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the PR team as needed.
