About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a PR & Partnerships Marketing Intern to support the brand marketing team with public relations initiatives and brand and VIP partnership projects. This is an unpaid, temporary role for current students, running from June 2026 through December 2026, requiring 15-20 hours per week. Requirements

  • Marketing, communications or PR experience or equivalent educational path
  • Access to a laptop computer and mobile phone
  • Strong written (creative, editing) and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of brand-appropriate language and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Ability to stay organized and attend to details
  • A self-driven team player who takes initiative
  • Affinity for and understanding of the CorePower Yoga brand, and yoga and fitness industries
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position, move and walk around event and office spaces, and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • knowledge of Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Sprout Social, Asana and Canva is also useful

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of CorePower’s key messaging materials by synthesizing information across PR briefing documents into clear, up to date resources.
  • Assist in building campaign overview presentations and materials to support PR outreach and pitching initiatives in partnership with our PR agency.
  • Support coordination with CorePower’s PR agency by helping track deliverables, flag time-sensitive needs, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Draft social media copy to push out brand media coverage on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Organize and maintain key documents, trackers, and action items across PR initiatives to support team efficiency and execution.
  • Attend recurring team and agency meetings, capture notes, and distribute meeting recaps and next steps.
  • Support the brand Marketing team with partnership research, planning, reporting, logistics, and execution across partnership initiatives and events.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on partner coverage across earned media and social channels.
  • Help maintain partnership messaging documents, briefing materials, and supporting resources.
  • Partner with studio teams to organize and distribute localized partnership materials and support tools.
  • Monitor and support inbound requests through the partnerships@ inbox, helping route and coordinate responses as needed.
  • Assist with briefing and coordinating campaign print collateral to support brand consistency across studio locations.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of CorePower’s Local Marketing Toolkit by ensuring collateral remains current, organized, and updated based on stakeholder feedback.
