About The Position

The Marketing/PR Intern is ideal for a creative and organized individual looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, public relations, and event coordination. This role will support marketing projects, content creation, partnerships, and events that help grow the Luna Grill brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and coordinating brand assets for the Super Girl Surf Competition in partnership with event organizers.
• Help create and brainstorm social media content for Luna Grill channels, with a focus on engaging Gen-Z audiences.
• Support marketing efforts for the opening of Luna Grill’s new test kitchen by helping coordinate influencer, partner, and content opportunities.
• Research media contacts, publications, and writers for future PR outreach and press releases.
• Assist with New Restaurant Opening (NRO) marketing materials and event coordination.
• Support day-to-day marketing projects and campaigns as needed
