About The Position

This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing and external communications strategies in Plano, Texas. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive PR campaigns, optimize brand presence, and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing or external communications.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital media marketing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with PR and brand marketing teams to establish creative assets (e.g., photography, logos, key visuals, messaging) and delivery schedules.
  • Manage external communications initiatives to ensure alignment with Samsung's brand standards and communication priorities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
