About The Position

The N Brand Agency and Just N Life are divisions of Nekia Nichelle, LLC, a media and marketing company. They operate at the intersection of broadcast, digital, and brand partnerships, collaborating with brands on campaigns across television, editorial, digital media, and experiential placements. As the company expands, they are building a revenue-focused partnerships team to drive new business and long-term brand relationships. This internship is designed for individuals seeking to develop foundational skills in outbound marketing, client targeting, and campaign execution, working directly with senior agents within specific industry pillars (e.g., Beauty, Wellness, Fashion). Junior Agents will actively participate in building and launching outbound campaigns, contributing to pipeline development and revenue generation in a performance-driven environment. This is not a passive learning role; execution, contribution, and growth are expected.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists using company tools (Hunter.io, Clay, and other data platforms).
  • Export and prepare lists for campaign use.
  • Structure outbound campaign copy sequences.
  • Refine messaging by removing/editing brackets appropriately.
  • Understand the difference between autofill variables and manual personalization.
  • Ask for clarification when needed.
  • Launch approved campaigns.
  • Continue building and uploading lists to support ongoing outreach efforts.
  • Work directly within a specific pillar alongside an assigned Senior Agent.
  • Collaborate on targeting, messaging, and campaign direction.
  • Contribute to overall outreach performance and pipeline growth.
  • Participate in weekly Monday & Thursday team check-ins and training sessions.
  • Complete assigned list-building and campaign tasks on time.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across campaigns.
  • Communicate progress and blockers clearly.
  • Actively participate in learning and development.
  • Execute with attention to detail and consistency.
