Requirements

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of PPC campaign management experience
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and PPC reporting tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and achieve ROI goals through effective Meta advertising campaigns
  • Comfortable with time tracking through Toggl
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with strategists
  • Experience working with smaller budgets and highly targeted campaigns

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with GA4 and Looker Studio reporting
  • Understanding of SEO principles and PPC integration
  • Experience in leveraging AI and automation to drive PPC campaign efficiency and performance gains

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social platforms
  • Create, manage, and optimize search, display, video, remarketing, and social campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research to identify growth and optimization opportunities
  • Write compelling ad copy and support landing page performance improvements
  • Implement bid strategies to maximize performance and budget efficiency
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and social teams for integrated campaign execution
