About The Position

Profile Power Sports is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Powersports Service Technician to join its growing service department in Conway, New Hampshire. The role is suited to a self-starter who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and stays productive with minimal supervision. The dealership is family-owned and describes its environment as professional and supportive.

The technician will diagnose, service, and repair a variety of powersports equipment, complete routine maintenance and major repairs, and accurately document work. Compensation is $25.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience and abilities, with weekly performance bonuses for meeting established productivity and performance goals. The position has a five-day workweek.

Requirements

• Previous mechanical experience.
• Own toolbox and tools.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, performance-driven, and able to take ownership of assigned jobs.
