About The Position

Dillon Auto Group is hiring a Powersports Technician for its large, multi-line dealership in Boise, Idaho. The technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft from BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Polaris, and BRP. The role requires meeting manufacturer specifications and quality standards, communicating with service advisors and customers, keeping the work area clean and safe, staying current on brand-specific training and product updates, and documenting all work according to dealership and manufacturer protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a powersports technician or in a similar mechanical role; experience in multi-line dealerships is preferred.
Strong knowledge of BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Polaris, and BRP powersports products and technology.
Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools proficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate test vehicles safely.
