About The Position

Join Dillon Auto Group as a Powersports Technician in its large, multi-line dealership in Boise, Idaho. The role involves high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft from BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Polaris, and BRP. Technicians are expected to meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards, communicate with service advisors and customers, keep the work area safe and organized, stay current with training and product updates, and document completed work according to dealership and manufacturer protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a powersports technician or in a similar mechanical role; experience in multi-line dealerships is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Polaris, and BRP powersports products and technology.
• Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools proficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate test vehicles safely.
