About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist customers in securing vehicle financing by collaborating with lending agencies.
Evaluate credit applications and facilitate loan approvals.
Explain available aftermarket options and warranties, and facilitate the purchase of aftermarket products.
Train the sales team on financing options and aftermarket products.
Work with sales teams to meet dealership sales goals.
Educate customers about financing alternatives and aftermarket products, including the benefits of dealership products and services.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and dealership policies during the financing process.
Stay informed about industry changes related to financing and insurance practices.
Oversee accurate and timely completion of financial documentation for vehicle purchases.
Maintain organized records of financing and insurance transactions.
Build and maintain customer relationships and address financing- and insurance-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
