About The Position

The Post Sales Solutions Engineer is the trusted technical partner for customers from contract signature through renewal. The role focuses on clean customer onboarding and product upgrades, resolving complex issues before they escalate, and identifying renewal risks and expansion opportunities so customers continue using and growing with LucidLink. The position is advertised for hire in either the UK or the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must be willing to support customers across a range of time zones and geographies. Success includes ensuring customers use the latest product version; onboarding newly assigned customers within 30 days of signing and verifying them in internal monitoring tools; maintaining renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts; and minimizing avoidable technical-support escalations. LucidLink provides a file-streaming platform for large-file workflows, giving teams instant access to cloud data. Its platform includes streaming from existing storage, on-site acceleration, web and mobile access, and a developer layer connecting agents to the filespace, with zero-knowledge security and enterprise governance. The company has more than 4,000 companies and 100,000 users in over 150 countries, and a team of more than 230. It was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in San Francisco, with an engineering office in Sofia, Bulgaria, and remote employees across North America, Europe, and Australia. LucidLink describes its culture as values-led, emphasizing integrity, innovation, and empathy, and says employees can make an immediate impact on a tight-knit team working at startup speed. AI fluency is considered a core professional competency, and the interview process will explore candidates’ use of AI tools and responsible-use considerations.
