About The Position
As a Porter at FatCats, you help keep the venue clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and team members. You monitor movie start and end times and clean theaters promptly after they empty, coordinating with a team member by radio to ensure the podium is covered. You also take out trash, run food orders, check movie tickets, and help guests find their theaters. During slower periods, you tidy common areas and assist with other tasks. Before clocking out, you check in with the Shift Lead to confirm that everything is complete. The role requires flexibility and includes working nights, weekends, and holidays; the company says it will accommodate schedules whenever possible.
