About The Position

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Porters to help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities and provide a welcoming environment for customers and employees. The role involves cleaning and maintaining a variety of spaces, assisting with minor maintenance and event setup, keeping supplies organized, and providing customer service. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining clean and safe spaces. Walk-in interviews are welcome weekdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 4400 Peytonsville Rd., Franklin, TN 37064.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report significant repairs needed to management.
• Set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries as necessary.
