About The Position

Porsche Seattle North, part of Swickard Auto Group, is hiring a Porsche Certified Service Technician/Mechanic in Seattle, Washington. The technician diagnoses and repairs Porsche vehicles across the model range, including the 911, Cayenne, Macan, Taycan, and Panamera, using PIWIS and Porsche OEM procedures. Work is assigned according to certification level, with opportunities to take on higher-tier work as certifications advance. Compensation is a flat rate of $35–$55+/hour, based on certification tier and experience. The employer funds Porsche factory training toward the technician’s next certification tier and describes a path into shop foreman and service management roles for technicians ready to lead.

Requirements

Active Porsche factory certification at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level.
PIWIS proficiency, with diagnostic, electrical, and drivetrain skills matched to the technician’s certification level.
Consistent flat-rate productivity and a low comeback rate.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across the model range using PIWIS and Porsche OEM procedures.
Perform diagnostic and repair work appropriate to the technician’s certification level and take on higher-tier work as certifications advance.
Complete multi-point inspections and prepare accurate repair plans for service advisors.
Repair vehicles to Porsche factory specifications with precision and efficiency.
Document diagnostics and completed work on repair orders.
Road test vehicles to confirm repair quality before delivery.
