About The Position

The Pool Food Runner is part of the Guest Service Support team and helps food and beverage operations run smoothly while contributing to memorable guest experiences. Duties may include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested.

The position involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. It also requires reading and visually verifying menu information and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees; and bend, twist, pull, and stoop.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
