As a Pool Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional poolside service and helping guests enjoy a relaxing and memorable experience throughout their stay. This role requires a proactive approach to guest service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, and ensuring guests have everything they need for an exceptional experience. Requirements

Engaging, friendly, and welcoming personality
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require

Nice To Haves

Previous food and beverage, hospitality, pool service, or restaurant experience preferred
Knowledge of food, beverages, beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare pool and service areas before opening each shift
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive poolside service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool seating, service stations, and guest areas
Monitor guest needs and proactively provide assistance throughout their visit
Answer questions regarding menu items, beverages, and hotel amenities
Process guest checks and payments accurately
Assist with stocking supplies, condiments, towels, and service equipment as needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Work collaboratively with restaurant, bar, and hotel team members
Assist guests with concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
Perform other duties as assigned by management
