About The Position

This role involves serving food and beverage items, clearing dishes, and providing courteous and friendly customer service to guests. The F&B Attendant must comply with food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards, and maintain food and beverage stations. Responsibilities include serving food orders, delivering food when required, and potentially handling cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions. The position also requires completing set up and closing tasks and performing other assigned duties. The role emphasizes consistent dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues, and the Company through engagement and productivity. It requires an understanding of the marketplace and contributing to best practices for the Company's success. The F&B Attendant must understand the impact of their actions on the Company, both financially and in guest relations, and exhibit the courage to present new ideas. Respectful consideration of others' viewpoints and putting the guest first in all decisions are key aspects of the role.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals and other related documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other Team Members or guests.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
