About The Position

The Pool Care Division is seeking a Manager to lead administrative and client-service functions for one of their key regions. This is a high-visibility, multi-faceted role that serves as the heartbeat of the department. The role involves managing paperwork, orchestrating the "Glengate Experience" for clients, and providing the operational backbone for field technicians. This position is ideal for a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides themselves on being a "calm in the storm" for clients.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex client situations with poise.
  • Strong clerical knowledge and high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • The ability to remain calm and effective during the peak "swim season", including the flexibility to work several Saturdays during this period.
  • While pool industry experience is a plus, a background in high-end service, construction, or property management is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the professional voice of Glengate, triaging client inquiries and managing heavy communication with a focus on white-glove service.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition into our service ecosystem.
  • Oversee proposals, renewals, and basic contract processing to ensure service continuity.
  • Assist in the daily scheduling and dispatching of field teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain real-time contact with technicians for midday updates and end-of-day check-ins to ensure all service standards are met.
  • Monitor fuel levels and coordinate deliveries with gas and propane providers to ensure uninterrupted pool operation for our clients.
  • Manage invoicing and collections processes with precision.
  • Manage industry licensing and certifications, including enrolling team members in continuing education and maintaining rigorous records.
  • Contribute to special administrative projects that drive regional growth and efficiency.
