About The Position

This person will assist the Assistant Aquatics Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. This employee may be asked to supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards, work through disciplinary issues with specific staff who are struggling, lifeguard at times, and help with other administrative duties as needed. The role is part-time, working 1-2 shifts a week, mainly as a substitute.

Requirements

• Must have a current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
• Must have a current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to work with the public and other Legacy Center employees
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Be in good general health

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of work experience in Aquatic Facility Management is preferred
• Having a LGIT and WSIT certifications are a plus
