About The Position
The Pool and Beach Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and beach; ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards. This leadership role will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet and must maintain a high level of guest service.
Requirements
- We are looking for individuals who have strong Food and Beverage experience, passion for guest service, base level of understanding around cost control, and labor management.
- Applicants are required to have one to two years of previous employment in a related position.

- A college degree is preferred.
