Requirements

  • Must demonstrate confidentiality and organization in the management of office staff, office procedures, and accounts.
  • Must be able to work independently with direction and supervision of the owner, along with the management team.
  • Open availability and willing to help when need be.
  • 2+ to 5 years of experience
  • High school degree
  • First Aid Training
  • CPR Training

Responsibilities

  • Oversees staff training, staff scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks
  • Oversee staffing schedule with assistance of the owner and manager
  • Manage the pool deck and lessons
  • Teach lessons
  • Overseeing family accounts/class schedules
  • Motivates office and pool staff
  • Facilitates communication and relationships between office and pool staff
  • Promotes teacher communication with clients regarding student enrollment
  • Ensure office/Pool staff compliance with Streamline Brands Standards
  • Assists finding swim teacher subs when necessary
  • Sub for swim teachers in emergency subbing situations
  • Available to come to the facility in an emergency situation
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
  • Assistance with purchase orders
